Ecuador’s Constitution contains the following mandate. “Nature or Pacha Mama, where life is reproduced and realized, has the right to full respect for its existence and the maintenance and regeneration of its vital cycles, structure, functions and evolutionary processes”.

Thus, Ecuador is a country that cares for the rights of nature and its preservation.
