Get ready to start your journey in Quito. This city transpires history; you can almost hear the cobblestones telling you something as you step over them. No wonder it earned its UNESCO World Heritage status back in ’78. And man, does it feel like mountains and volcanoes cradle this city!
But enough chit-chat. Let’s talk about the good stuff. After you make yourself comfortable at your hotel, you will get to taste the best cacao in the world (yeah, it’s certified). Then, out to meet the beautiful city. Meet the Golden Church, San Francisco Square, and the main square in the historic Center. Oh, and if you want more sweets, then you’ll love “Cruz Verde”, Luis’ Workshop where you will taste traditional local candy.
Then, the main event: lunch! You will have lunch and rub your elbows with the locals. The food, of course, is made with fresh local ingredients that guarantee flavor.
And wait, there’s more! Now let’s go to “La Ronda”, one of the city’s most iconic streets. And if you want to taste a typical drink from Quito, you can toast with our “Canelazos”. Cheers to Quito!

In the morning, we kick off with a hike through the Sierra climate around Limpiopungo Lagoon. On the foothills of the Cotopaxi, you can enjoy the landscapes. The Cotopaxi and Rumiñahui volcanoes paint a jaw-dropping picture. And the lagoon does help the view; you’ll see.
As for food, you will enjoy a traditional picnic in this place, so that you can enjoy a proper meal with a proper view. While in there, you can spot wild bulls, horses, and many birds. So, if you like movie-like landscapes, this is perfect for you.
And to end the day, we will go to Insilivi so that you can rest in a cozy town after such a day.

Today we head towards the south of the Andes, to the province of Chimborazo. On the way we will taste the famous Ice cream of Salcedo, and visit the local markets of the city Latacunga or Saquisili where you can admire the local lifestyle, fruits and vegetables colors and variety. Arriving at our destination Guamote, you will enjoy a delicious “Pamba Mesa” (community food of ancestral origin) and local activities at the lodge, such as a visit to the community.

Today, we go headfirst into the Inti Sisa Community, and you will get up close to the community and enjoy the local daily life.
You will have an Andean Cooking Class using local products harvested by the community. Let’s see if you can cook as good as the locals.
But the day doesn’t end there. Next stop: Ingapirca ruins. These ruins are an iconic place in the Southern Highlands. Spend the rest of the afternoon learning about the place and what makes it one of the most important places in the zone.

Rise and shine! Get recharged with breakfast and get ready to visit one of the most beautiful cities in Ecuador.
Among the colonial architecture, you will find plenty of places to visit. You will have a city tour so that you can see the most important places in Cuenca to take pictures and enjoy the beautiful colonial architecture and the New Cathedral.
Of course, for lunch, you can visit one of the many restaurants and try the food of this city famous for its dishes and tastes.
And if you didn’t get enough Cuenca, you can enjoy some cocktails in a gorgeous rooftop bar with an excellent ambience to end the day.

Buckle up, now it is time to visit the coast of the country. On our way there, we can enjoy the Cajas National Park and the landscape that makes Ecuador a unique place to visit.
We are headed towards Hacienda Danesa; there, you will delight a local lunch to see the difference between the coast cooking and the highlands one.
In the afternoon, you can explore the hacienda and engage in the various activities you can do there.
In the evening, taste a dinner before going to bed.

Hope you are both an early bird and a wine lover since we will be heading to “Dos Hemisferios” in the first hour of the morning.
You will learn about the whole wine-making process, and of course, you will taste the results with a picnic. Enjoy sweet wine and a fine picnic, but remember, avoid drinking too much; you wouldn’t like to be hangover for your departure, would you?
As the day winds down, we will take you to your hotel so that you can give it a rest.
